Create a proper Table library
Instead of "NanosUtils.ShallowCopyTable" we get a proper Table library with ShallowCopy, DeepCopy, Insert, Remove, Has, Count, Sort, Merge, Inherit, Add, Random, Shuffle... Tables are super important and having these features helps a lot.

Database connection error
Can the database return nil if the connection failed and maybe throw a warning because actually it just throws an error and stops the code execution

`ply:RotateCameraTo` behaviour
Make the last ply:RotateCameraTo call stop the running camera rotation transitions (from the same method). That would give scripters the ability to stop the transition when they want. Additionally it would be nice if ply:ResetCamera also stopped the current camera animations.
